Oh oh - I'm deep in raisins today...

I'm deep in bunny raisins today for sure - the house-ape discovered that its land line wasn't working.  I guess it discovered that I made a clean break of eating through the one wire and vigorously making an attempt at the wires on its DMM (look it up).

I suspect that I won't be let out to run free.  Even the friendly house-ape was looking at me sternly.

I don't know - I'm just a bunny and contrary to what people think, I'll nibble, chew, etc...

The house-ape left in a huff this morning grunting, "Why couldn't it be the mains?"

I'm only out, updating this blog and then I'll be back in the cage.  Nope - didn't see me out, didn't see what the heck I was up to.  Nothing to see - just move on.

I was apparently bad and was put back in my cage.

The mean house-ape was not happy that I found tasty joy in some wires.  It grunted something about, "If you get electrocuted, it's not my fault..."

And then I was returned to my cage, the cage seemingly (although I figured a way out) locked, and no additional treat tonight.  I liked the banana earlier.  Mmmmm...  Banana...  Mmmm - tasty wires.

Where did everybody go???

I'm not complaining but everybody was gone.  I bunnycrashed and then when I got up, nobody was around.

They were gone.  And so I went out of the cage and for a wander about.

Stairs are a strange and stupid concept.  Going up is easy.  Coming back down hurts a lot and is bewilderingly fast.  I won't understand why these house-apes don't just use a series of comfy and delightfully tiny tunnels to run from place to place.

I was a bad bunny last night and I knew it.  The big house ape that cleans my litter box really doesn't like me and won't let me run through where it sits.  I try.  And I try, but it blocks me every time.  The nicer house-ape (even though it brushes me) lets me go everywhere.

I think I've pooped in places that they won't expect to see.  I'll zip back and bunny-butt-slam myself into the cage and close it up again.  There's no need in the denizens of this crazy place to figure out that I can get around.

Delicious cruelty...

I didn't get in a decent post about yesterday - it was a long day for this bunny - the house-apes have been around far too much.  The chimp was in and out and reeked of outdoor fun.  Tease.

The one house-ape has discovered that I love some minor challenges.  It shoved delicious parsley down a cardboard tube and I had to work at it to get the tasty treat.  I don't fully understand the need for a stop watch and a clipboard but the house-ape grunted something about "science."

I was out for a long time yesterday - freed but still under the watchful eye of the one house-ape.  It won't let me get away with anything.

This morning it seemed to be preoccupied with its computer and a white-board.  I tried to gain a peek at what it was working but all I could see was the design of some database system.  My bunny eyes might be able to pick out a predator but I can't see the table names or record field names.

I'm going to be a bit bolder today and try to explore even more than what my bunny world has to offer.  I'm going to enjoy living here for a while.  I think the house-ape grunted something about doing a complete clean out of my cage.

I don't know what this all means.  I'm a bunny.

There is water.  There is food - not nearly as much as I think I could eat.  There is straw.  There are things to chew on.  There's *always* a place to poop.  And there are no predators.

OMG!!! 9 1/2 Weeks is terrible for all bunnykind....

I made the mistake of watching that horrible movie.  The bunny was innocent!!!!!!!

I think I pooped "extra" because of that.

The big house-ape doesn't like me.  I've tried to assert my authority in the world and he only seems to put me back in the cage.

I've been fed, let out, given a partially-shredded cardboard roll but my litter box and blanket need sorting out.  Especially after that movie...

The chimp has a special guest over today and tonight.  They've played with me for a bit and then put me back in the cage.

I have still yet to demonstrate my awesome bunny-speed turning powers to the house-ape.  I don't care if he doesn't care.

Tonight I'm going to make a break and try to get outside.  Someone said that there were wild rabbits roaming about out there and I might be able to impress these urban/rural chicas with some downtown suave bunny awesomeness!

*shudder*

That movie still haunts me.

That woman in the movie didn't demonstrate what we bunnies refer to as "crazy ears".  No way to tell what goes on in the heads of these house apes.

This was a triumph!

This morning was unusual - the chimp was up and awake before the other house-ape.

He seems to like me but I figure that my maturity will allow me to focus my aggression and escape into the wild.  That didn't happen.

Last night was wild - the sky lit up and exploded and it was raining.  I was unaware that Spring was here already.

The house-ape got up, fed me my morning meal and today there were some yogurt treats in it.  I also noticed that the house-apes had arranged for a large collection of offerings to the great indoor tree.  It must be an impressive tree.  I've tried to eat from it but the house-apes chase me away from it.  It must be some holy relic or indoor altar.  I don't understand these things.  I'm a simple bunny.

They've let me out a number of times today - I pooped in places that they'll never discover.

I was treated to a piece of banana.  That was okay - and I took a nap outside of the cage.  The so-called "Kat" opened the cage so I could hop in and out.  Just to confuse the other house-ape, I run back and forth in the room and around in circles.  But only when he's not around to see.  Otherwise, if he's in the room, I sit and wait.

Oh well - otherwise, things are good.

I'm waiting for the house-ape to go to bed so I can flip the cage open and watch some new videos that they got.  I heard that there's a rabbit in the one film: 9 1/2 weeks.  Finally some entertainment worth watching!!!!

I outsmarted the hay!

I outsmarted the hay.  There's a delicious pile of hay that gets replenished every day by the house-apes.  Last night a piece of parsley was hidden by the hay and I outsmarted the hay by finding that parsley and vigorously pulling it from its hiding spot.

I outsmarted the hay.

The house-apes let me out for a bit to explore.  They still won't let me near the delicious morsel of a tree but they did give me some wondrous honey stick.  It bored me after 30 seconds because I couldn't get the whole thing in my mouth and it keeps me chewing at it so I applied bunny whimsy and hopped around sniffing out for other food sources.

I outsmarted the hay!!!!

Oh - there was a guest-chimp yesterday that arrived and he smelled like snake.  I tolerated him as he was just a chimp but pretty much house-ape-sized.

First night...

Okay - the house-apes were okay to me - the smaller chimp let me out of the cage for a bit so I could explore.  They seemed surprised that I dropped a few "bunny treats".  Where else am I going to put them?

The house-apes returned and put me in the cage again.  It's okay - they seemed to keep saying my slave name.  Sigh.  What is a bunny to do?

I ate some more hay, drank some more water and pooped.  Yay.

I didn't get any further with the Tinder install on the laptop - turns out that I need to put it on a phone or something.  Okay - so I googled "hot bunny action" and OMG!!!  There are some things a bunny's eyes cannot unsee!!!

I quickly closed the laptop lid and jumped back into my cage.  If I do it right, I bump my tail into the corner, shaking the lid and bringing it closed.  I was almost caught this morning.  One of the house-apes gets out of bed earlier than my usual house-apes go to bed.  I'll make note of this.

Oh yeah - I was fed, brushed, allowed to roam free for a while, given a treat, and I pooped on the floor somewhere.  Perhaps I'll let my readers know where, or I'll let them discover the surprise later.

First post...

It's the first posting that I've been able to get to since the new house-apes have left.

Yes - I hacked monosodiumglutamate's account and now I'm updating what's going on.

This morning was strange and bewildering for this bunny.

I was rudely interrupted from my nocturnal adventures only to be caged, handed over to this other house-ape and then tossed into the back seat of some ground vehicle.  It's the 21st century, haven't these house-apes figured out how to build flying cars in the least?

The house-ape kept using my slave-name "Zeus" and eventually put me in a new building.  He attempted to pacify me with lettuce.  It worked.  I'm a bunny with simple tastes and I can be bought: for the right price.

There was another house-ape but she wasn't a "cat" like the one that I was used to - she's a "Kat".  They won't fool me.

I have water, hay, a place to poop that's free from predators and it's warm.

Now if I can figure out how to get Tinder working on this laptop, I'll see if I can't get some action coming my way...
